XIII. Hungarian Patchwork Meeting 2011

The Hungarian Patchwork Meeting 2011 is organized with the support of the Hungarian Patchwork Guild, The City Council of Tatabánya, The Vértes Shopping Centre and the Foltra-Forgók Patchwork Club.

The meeting and the exhibitions open: 26th August 11am-8 pm, 27th August 9 am - 8 pm, 28th 9 am - 6 pm 2011.

venu: Vértes Center Shopping Centre of Tatbánya, Hungary (Tatabánya, 2800, Győri út 7-9.) (the courses will take place in a school nearby)



1.      Exhibition of the quilts arrived for our competition,

2.       Exhibitons of different countries: Austria, Spain and the Check Republik,

3.      Indian quilts by Anna Dolányi,

4.       Exhibition of Christel Salgarollo,

5.       Exhibition of a Hungarian Modern Quilt Club called MOMÜ,

6.       Exhibition of children’s works,

7.      Exhibition of local Patchwork Clubs.

Courses: we offer 7 different courses by teachers from Austria, Spain, Check Republic and Hungary

7.      Maria Laza Bihari, Machine Quilting
